Pre-mortem is about assessing at the beginning, 

Why this project would fail ?

I know it doesn't sound auspicious 😀.

But if you will,

- Why it will take more time than plan ?

- Why it will cost more budget?

- Why it will take more People?

- Why the quality can be poor?

- Why the  proposal may be unclear?

- Why the presentation is not synching well?
