Win-Win

The Instructor explained to the the three groups about the game. The scenario was a life threatening situation. To avoid the loss of life all the members have to cross from one side to another. Each of the groups was given the same resources for saving the lives. Every group strategized and began executing it. It took around 20 minutes for the first group to crossover the situation. The second group had just covered half the ground, the instructor came to the first group who were resting and asked them if they could help their friends who were struggling. The first group obliged with the resources and the strategies. The second group covered the next half of the ground in 10 minutes. There was still another group left. This time, both the first and second groups helped rescue the team and they did it in 5 minutes After this exercise, the instructor entered the groups of what they had missed in the entire exercise. The Vacationing businessman stared at the sea thinking about the lunch.
