“Think like a Man of Action,Act like a Man of Thought” ….Henry Bergson In his book ,”Getting Things done”,David Allen states a thought provoking exercise that you can do even now. The requirement is just a pen and paper.(No Don’t use the Computer for this exercise !) STEP 1: Write down the Project or situation that is most on top of your mind at this moment.Something like Next vacation,My Finance or say House repair, whatever STEP 2: In a single sentence describe the intended successful outcome of the project or situation. Example: “Visit Singapore for the Next vacation” “Clear off Debts by 2015” “Fix the leaking roof in the drawing room” STEP 3: Now write down the very next physical action that you need to take move the Project or situation forward towards the successful outcome. “Call the travel agent about Sngapore travel packages” “Collect all the current debt situation in a Spreadsheet” “Talk to the builder and fix appointment for House inspection

Timeboxing

Timeboxing  is a method where in you allocate a fixed amount of time for a specific activity. This is a  technique used in project management as an alternative to “Fixing the Scope” which is the most commonly used method. Wayanad is set among the hills on the Western ghats of Southern India. It is well known for Coffee and the tea plantations as well as the spices such as Cardamom,Pepper. The plantations from a distance look like a massive green sofa stitched on the mountain slope. Plantation is interspersed with tall betelnut tress as well as the pepper and cardamom plants. Wayanad is also endowed with natural lakes set in the mountaitn backdrop. Pookoote,Karalad & Banasura Sagar lake are some of them.                 The pristine beauty of Wayanad lies in its wilderness. If you are an avid nature lover Wayanad is the place. It is relatively untouched by the commercialization that you normally associate with the tourist spots and retains the natural charm.                 Wayanad has enough places for the wanderlust…ranging from th
