my progress on priorities in my life

The last post seemed to have a powerful effect on me. I am often reminded about the "pyramid of life" these days. It provides me the energy whenever I feel I am in a rut. One definite progress is the one on health. These days i go for jogging everyday at the local park for atleast 30 minutes. Earlier also I used to go for walking albeit intermittently. I used to get bogged down by the inertia of the work pressure which would put me back in slumber. The difference now is that I am overcoming this inertia to hit the road everyday.If now and then i get the inclination to stay in bed I bring the picture of the Pyramid of Life . This reminds that health is the most important thing in life and i should be focussing on that. Jogging for 30 minutes seems to be terrific. I really feel the effect of my heart pumping actively. Also I am so much focussed on the physical training during that 30 minutes that all other worrying thoughts go off.This is itself looks like a great accomplishmen
