Life is Wonderful

Life is too Wonderful to be spent worrying….Reads a famous advt., line . I think I should remember this line every hour of the day. I have this habit of getting into “Worrying” which develops like a mental snowball weighing me down. I have to plug in these “Energy Leaks” as Robin Sharma puts in his “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” book. So what should I do about them ? The only treatment to the Worry is to Act. Some actions can be quickly done and the Worry gets remedied ., For ex., If I need to set up a meeting or need a reply for a presentation, I just shoot a mail and my worry gets solved. Some Worries are not quick fixes and need a prolonged action .Ex., Completing a Project On-Time So I am following the suggestions by David Allen , author of the book,”Getting Things Done”.Trent Hamm in his blog www.simpledollar.com is running a series of articles on “Getting Things Done”.
