Five Step Method To Attain Goals

STEP 1 : Form a Clear Image of the Outcome; For ex., Reduce weight by 5 Kg over the next 6 months by exercising daily STEP 2: Get Some Positive Pressure on Yourself; For ex., Print-off a Monthly Calender and paste it at a very visible location in your home. Now, cross off each day you exercised.You will feel a pressure(positive one !!!) on the days you had not crossed-off. STEP 3 : Always attach a timeline to the goal STEP 4: Apply the magic rule of 21. What is the Remedy to Multi-Tasking? The remedy to Multi-Tasking is called Unit Tasking.Unit Tasking is the act of focusing on a single task without any distraction for a given time. I feel productive on a given task when I remain unobstructed for at-least an hour. It depends on an individual & the task Unit-Tasking offer the possibility of attaining the state of “flow”. In a state of flow , a person is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus & involvement.Simply to say, Time flies and the person attains peak performance. So How to accomplish Unit-Tasking ?
