The last post seemed to have a powerful effect on me. I am often reminded about the "pyramid of life" these days. It provides me the energy whenever I feel I am in a rut. One definite progress is the one on health. These days i go for jogging everyday at the local park for atleast 30 minutes. Earlier also I used to go for walking albeit intermittently. I used to get bogged down by the inertia of the work pressure which would put me back in slumber.
The difference now is that I am overcoming this inertia to hit the road everyday.If now and then i get the inclination to stay in bed I bring the picture of the Pyramid of Life .This reminds that health is the most important thing in life and i should be focussing on that. Jogging for 30 minutes seems to be terrific. I really feel the effect of my heart pumping actively. Also I am so much focussed on the physical training during that 30 minutes that all other worrying thoughts go off.This is itself looks like a great accomplishment.
Earlier i used to fear that Exercise would tire me so much that i may doze off in office. However Exercise is proving to be energy booster. It has positive influence over me throught the day. It enables to counter the stress boosters in the daily life.
My goal is to sustain this momentum so that Exercise becomes an habit.
