My business runs on Two Principles
Stoic & Practical: Pg. 164 — Epictetus① We ought not to lead events, but to follow them.
② Except the will, nothing is good or bad.
Principle ①: Event: My elder brother ought not have behaved thus to me;
no but he will see to that;
however he may behave —
Principle ② kicks in:
— I will conduct towards him as I ought to.
For that is my own business;(margin note:) (myself): on our own businessIn modern world, we have become busy about business of external things
— Body, Mind, Power, Position, Objects, Possessions —
rather I need to be busy about business of my will power!!!
