Over-Communicate:
The cost of under-communication will be far more
significant than the cost of over-communicating.
Andy Stanley , Sr.Pastor, North Point Missionairies
Over-communicate, repeat yourself a little too much , and
risk that people find you a little more annoying.
Or-
You under-communicate and risk the failure to get your
message across!
Be a little bit annoying , than apathetic!
An average person needs to hear – something 7 to 8 times before
it sticks!
So as a Leader, you need to keep singing the same song on the “Repeat mode”
Lalalalala lalalalalala
Lalaaaaaaa.....
A Leader’s primary role then should be – CRO
Chief Reminding Officer!
Simply, put ,Leaders are repeaters!
