A sound mind

 No man is able to borrow a sound mind!

pg.43 : Letters from a Stoic

You cannot appear learned - just by surrounding yourself with learned;

you have to learn;

Develop a sound mind day after day;

A sound mind in a sound body!

Same for the body as well!

you got to cross the valley yourself!
