Meditation

 Main focus of meditation needs to be that:

I need to focus on needs of Others – This is a conversion that I need to undertake – I am almost 50.. But never too late – to change my conditioning from "what's in it for Me" to "What's in it for others" —
 My Pain is due to the fact that I have ego-pride – I, ME, MYSELF – Leads to‘I’ → Illness ; ‘We’ Wellness; Traced to pain.Pain is spiritual suffering; Caused by Illness of Ego; And the attachments –
Therapy is – ‘Meditation’ – and daily pill  is – Focus on Needs of others
Indeed!
 This is not Easy – Focus on needs of others – Because – I am Conditioned to Think of My Own needs –
 So like Any Exercise I need to Start Small – one Act – one Act – Worthy – Focus on Needs of others – And then – Expand it Slowly through the day –
 until my Day – IS Fully OF Focusing on NEEDS OF OTHERS – THAT'S WHEN It will BE FULL of Joy – Joyous – Day –
Joy formula = Being – Gracious, Grateful, Generous Without expectations!
