Consider strength training. If you are just starting out you are not looking to lifting heavy weights. Your number one focus must be to get into the gym and doing some activity. That loosely qualifies as exercise. After wealek of consistency, you can start lifting weights s and then later after 2 weeks. Maybe look to the session of heavyweights. Consistency is always greater than intensity.
