You are sitting in front of the computer and start, but can't do the work!
Why you can't do the work. You feel distracted and rather want to check whats happening in the Insta rather than do the work and you engage in Procrastination!
You feel it's a hard to do the work and you feel that you lack ideas !
Why does this happen?
You are engaged in something that you are not Loving! Its that plain and simple!
If you don't love the thing you do, Motivation and Discipline won't work .PERIOD.
The secret really is love .
Michael Jordan was often asked by Parents, What is the secret for my kid to become a great basketball player?
Is it the training? Is it to choose right Coach or School?
Is it the strategy. Is it tactics?
Michael Jordan had only answer : The secret is to fall in love with the game
Tactics and Strategy are a subset of Love!
If you want to build a boat you should have the Yearning for the sea
So how do you find what you're love? Do this exercise :
Go to your YouTube Search history,
Go to the Browser bookmarks.
Look for your favorite movie and the main character in it.
Look at the books you read that. Cover to cover and books that you read more than once.
Look at your friends. Who do you talk to and what do you talk about?
Look at your bank statements. What do you spend your money on?
These are the things that seek your attention of - Intellect , Money, Time , Energy and Money and somewhere in there lies your Love.
Everybody loves the fruit. But only few are willing to plant the seed, nutrient it and keep it away from the Weeds!
Everybody wants a view of the Summit, but nobody wants the climb itself.
So When you find that the thing that you love you plant the seed and then you nutrition it and fight the weeds!
