You could display ownership in different ways to the same scenario:
- Judging: Telling yourself : "Meeting really sucks"
- Gossiping : To a Colleague : "did you also think that the meeting really sucked? "
- Shaming : To the Organizer : "Meeting was not effective "
- Explaining : To the Organizer : "Meeting was not effective, because .... "
- Collaborating : To Organizer : "How about sending email instead of meeting? "
- Driving : Saying the meeting : "We all know about X . Lets discuss about Y"
- Owning : You volunteer to help and organize the Future meetings
