What is best here?
Is it soul, body or things external?
Ask yourself what is the best among three?
It will be the Soul ;
As it is within the power of the will
And what is the pleasure of soul dependent on :
the substance of the soul itself!
So seek not pleasure in body or things external
for good cannot be one thing
and that which we are rationally delighted another thing!!!
For good cannot be one thing and that which precedes it
must be Good either!
