1. How present am I?
2. How aware are you of each part of your body or disconnected and pulled out of!
3. The way your stories and myths play through you and run you
4. what gut reactions or intuitions inform you
5. If you can recognize your own agenda and manipulation
6. The way you relate to your physical traits and self-image
7. If you can discern how things affect you and what is your effect on them
8. If you expand or contract interacting with others
9. How others respond to you and treat you
10. What impressions do you give to others
