5 Tenets of getting Unstuck:

To use a physics analogy, using the phenomenon of friction,  the Feeling of "Being Stuck" happens due to two thing:

A) Your own Rough Edges

B) Lack of Action

To get Unstuck then requires you  :

First to introspect and 

Secondly to take action:

Below Andrew Daniel gives us five action point to move from "Sticky" mode to "Sliding Mode" 

1.    Stopping : Whatever you're doing - Stop. Observe. Stand & Stare;

2.    Feeling   : Get out of your head and drop into your Body - Gut feel

3.    Truth      : "What Is" 

4.    Responsibility    : What YOU can do about "What Is"

5.    Choice    :    Take Action about What you can Do about "What Is" 

As you keep doing above, you will stick and slip , but as you continue, soon will  be sliding and at some point rolling and rocking!
