Physical Exercise

 Exercise is one of the best things you can do to improve your mental health and performance.

The discipline, resilience, and fortitude it takes to push yourself physically will carry over to all areas of your life. If you want a strong mind, build a strong body.

People ascribe exercise only to physical! Noooo!
its Mental ! Exercise is all about mental ability!

When you don't want to go out and 
take a walk or jog or lift weights
and then you decide to do that (somehow) 
and you complete the exercise , 
you will feel a new You! 

So exercise is Emotional Intelligence!
It cuts the emotional rut and clutter and 
repetitive thoughts!

Run! Lift! Bend!
Dont await motivation to exercise 
Rather Exercise to motivate
