When am in silence?

As I do the morning walk, from home to Kasturi Nagar main road -

past the Kasturi Vihar cafe (now closed)

and I have this exercise of looking up at the sun’s core - to get my pupil dilated and

walk to the main road of Kasturi Nagar - watching the pristine bungalows and

the house with the banana trees -

and the refractions of sun’s rays through the green-tinted leaves-

that makes me wonder that there are 100 shades of greens -

Somewhere along my walk, i start connecting with Nature - 

And then on the return walk - I see my shadow on the road- 

I am reminding myself to shift my Inner Center of Gravity from the material plane to the Spiritual plane
