Focus on 7.5 hours of Non-work hours to quicken the whole life of week and add zest to it!

How to live 24 hours each day


Every day / 6 days per week : for 30 minutes  in Morning 


and for 3 days/week : for 1.5 hrs in the evening : = 4.5 hours

focus on nourishing yourself, your mind through thinking time

just like physical exercise, tone up your mind through thinking time

So what do you do in these 7.5 hours?


1. focus on thinking time for 30 minutes on 1 topic

2. read a topic from a Book - i recommend  Seneca

3. Engage in self-reflection

   Am I happy? Am I motivated?

   where am i going?

   what are my principles?

   How did I conduct myself today?

   Is it according to my principles?


the reason to reflect is that - I may check if my conduct is aligned with my principles
