Straighten your spirit day-after-day!
Seneca says " Happy is the man who can make others better,
not merely when he is in others company
but also when he is in their thoughts"
For me , it is my Father : His standard of discipline is so high that , If I tend to think ill, and I remember my father,
asking myself - "Will my father be proud of my this action?"
I stand protected from doing wrong every time!
I call this the "Invisible fence of values" to protect myself -
It reminds me of Epicurus saying :
Cherish some man of high character
and keep that before your eyees
living as if he were watching you
and ordering all your actions
