Change!

pg.38 -marcus Aurelius - Meditations

hey Man!
why are you afraid of Change?
Think!
what can take place without a change?

Can you take bath, unless the wood undergoes change?
Where will be your food, unless the sun burns itself out to give you energy?
And can you be nourished, unless food undergoes change?

Can anything then that is useful be accomplished without a change?
why then do you not see 

that for yourself to change is for the better?
and equally necessary for the universal nature!
