I need to have this mindset in life and work - because I need to observe myself without emotions. - when faced with a problem, frame that problem as if it happened to others - try to observe the problem from a distance - so that I am less subjective - and don't take the blows personally!
Doing so shall provide clarity - and able to provide me with solutions that are more effective
