First, understand that you have weaknesses and an inability about necessary things
This may cause disagreement with another
Now inquire into causes of disagreement
Don't identify causes that only "seem"
Identify causes of what it "is"
Discover that "rule" (like the balance to weigh, Ruler to measure length)
the role of philosophy is to examine and confirm the rules
Use the ruler then properly - without parallax error
Thus things are counted and weighed when rules are ready
The above process is similar to Hypothesis testing in statistics;
The hypothesis is : "It Seems"
Test: of Opinion is through the Rules
For example, there is an object to be weighed : if you ask 2 different people, they shall give 2 different answers on the weight . The weighing balance solves the issue;
