 fantasies - problem - 

hero-villain :

 victim: solider: 

pathos : victory: 

All kinds of emotions - yeah dont fall into it 

Imagine a silver screen - flashing in your minds. its running movies with Your self as hero/heroine

so don't gloat; or ruminate 

 - don't fall into stories of your own making. 

 don't fall into the melodrama
