The Toyota Way …Jeffrey K. Liker:
A great book on the guiding
principles on which Toyota was built.
2)
The Professional….Subroto Bagchi
A book that talks about the
aspects that distinguish an Amateur & Professional. I would prescribe that this book be delivered
as a Course in all Undergraduate schools & in Corporate trainings.
3)
“Surely you are joking Mr.Feynman” … Richard
Feynman
Feynman was a celebrated American
Physicist. This fun-filled yet insightful book shows a glimpse of the Monster
mind of this Scientist, covering areas such as Mental maths,Playing drums in
Brazil,Physics professor presenting paper on Biology at Harvard..

“Getting Things Done” … David Allen
If you are put down by your inability
to manage your time and priorities this is the book to read.
