The opposite is selfishness!
And Selfishness leads to sadness!
Selfishness comes from separation
Separation thrives in "I"
I am supreme kind of thing !
"I" means "Illness"
If you are feeling sad, worried, unhappy
Think Deep!
you may be thinking selfish!
This is mostly the root cause!
The symptom may be sadness!
but the Illness - is Selfishness!
"I" is Illness
"I" is separateness
"I" is the grabber
"We" is Wellness
"We" is Onenes
"We" is Giver
