Second-order effect
Keith J Cunnigham pg.27
For every decision, ask the below questions :
1. What is the upside?
2. What is the downside?
3. Can I live with the downside?
We only have a choice to make the decision,
But not the consequences;
So we better identify the probability :
benefits of success and
cost of failure!
“Thinking about second-order , minimizes the probability of double-bogey”
-Keith J Cunnigham
