Work-out in the Brain-gym as a Habit - says Arnold Bennett


Every morning - 30 minutes - Enter your Brain-Gym

Work-out to strengthen the Brain 

To straighten out the bent mind - 

Take up activities - that enrich the mind-

Read, Dictate, Converse, Solve, Walk 

These activities are conscious endeavors to 

straighten out the bent mind 

And Enable you to energize yourself for the day ahead!
