 ABC Goal System

Imagine this scenario: 

You're working towards a big, ambitious goal.

You start to struggle. You realize you aren't going to hit the goal.

What happens?

You fall completely off track.


This is where ABC goal system helps:

  • unchecked

    On days when you feel great, hit your A Goal.

  • unchecked

    On days when you feel ok, hit your B Goal.

  • unchecked

    On days when you feel bad, hit your C Goal.


On any day, As long as you hit your C Goal, you're making forward progress !!!


Examples:

Fitness:

• A Goal: Lift and cardio.

• B Goal: Lift or cardio.

• C Goal: Walk for 30 minutes.


Relationships:

• A: Dinner and a long walk.

• B: Short walk.

• C: One WhatsApp call.


Work:

• A: 2 long focus blocks.

• B: 1 long focus block.

• C: 1 short focus block.


To reiterate: Have ABC Goal: 

A Goal: Hit your aggressive goal.

B Goal: Hit your realistic goal.

C Goal: Hit your bare minimum goal.

Remember: In achieving a goal, Consistency is more important than Intensity!
