How to be Initiative?

An Initiative person does 3 things:

1.    Formulates the Idea itself : 

2.    Implements  : Gathers resources : Money, People, Machinery and puts the Idea to work!

3.    Owns all the Risks :  this is the most essential of all : willingness to take risks!
