It is not enough if you read and read books - you got to reflect on it and convert into your understanding.
This is done by assimilating reflection into smart notes .
Following which the mental models - lattice network - gets created
lattice network is nothing but an hieracrchy and cross-linking of my understandings.
Thats when the essence of reading is obtained - like the exercise i am doing now.
without these reading is just another binge exercise!!!
