You have got to try hard -
first to find out :what works for you -
and then you need to work hard :on that which works for you!
Say Yoga , works for you - you have got to double it up
If it doesn't: try Gym workouts
And if you are Gym person - Sweat it out at the tread-mill and weights!
Same with diet
Keto, GM or krypto 😃 whatever
Find what works - make it the prime!
Be smart to find out what works for you first
And then work hard on it - as if your life depends on it!
