Ponder in my mind, some wholesome thought

 Seneca - Letters from a Stoic - Pg.95

A Good company  is a company of yourself ;

Set an appoint then with yourself daily to ponder over some wholesome thoughts;

  • What are the wins of the day?
  • What are tensions running though you?
  • Whom all towards you owe the gratitude towards? 

Reflect, Introspect and write them about it!
