Count your blessings - add them up
Position, Money, Title, Roles, Relations;
Hold them lightly and not tightly

Thank all the people who gave it for you -
parents, in-laws, Bosses, Peers, Team members and Relatives;
I thank each one of them for making me successful
Having thanked each one of them including the God
Hold the possessions lightly, not tightly

All these external thingies are fripperies - 

they are outside you and can be taken away; 

so hold them light; like as if holding cotton wool in the palm;
for they are mere externals;

Fortune has given them to you;
Fortune can take them away as well!
