- Learn to make connections ...Face-to-Face
- Do not think that everything will work as you think...expect the unexpected
- Learn to live through uncertainty and discomfort
- When the unexpected occurs...do not become shell-shocked, instead recover soon enough...
- Develop a problem-solving approach : address issues bottoms...up...from basics
- Find the ways that work for you....
- Share your problem-solving skills with others...more importantly do not insist that it is the best way
