10 second yoga!

Are you dealing with anxiety and stress (dreaded twins!!!) ? Are you dealing with the two at home, work or even as you drive? 
Then check out this  5-step Yoga practice that would not take more than 10 seconds...


  1. Deep inhale through the nose.
  2. Body scan for stress, consciously trying to relax any places where you hold tension.
  3. Say your focus word or intention (be present, compassion, focus, energy, patience, relax, etc.).
  4. Release your breath, again through the nose.
  5. Smile.

Repeat this routine through the day (20 to 30 times per day would be great), as the power lies in the repetition. This is because, every time you practice , neurons are being fired that eventually will rewire your brain.
