Ingredients :
Vermicelli – 1 Glass
Oil- 1 Teaspoon
Mustard – ¼ Teaspoon
Urad Dhal – ½ Teaspoon
Channa Dhal – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilli – 1 small piece
Salt – ½ Teaspoon
STEPS:
STEP 1: Light the Stove & Turn on to Low Heat
STEP 2: Place the Pan on the Stove
STEP 3: Add Vermicelli (If not roasted) to the Pan
STEP 4: Roast the Vermicelli till it turns brown… (Read this step again!!!)
STEP 5: Empty the vermicelli content to a bowl
STEP 6: Add Oil,Chilli,mustard,Urad & Channa Dhal to the
Pan
STEP 7: Wait till Mustard gives a Pop sound
STEP 8: Now add the vermicelli to the fry
STEP 9: Turn on Stove to a Medium Heat
STEP 10: Add water
STEP 11: Gently Mix the contents with a Spatula (Big Spoon
in Plain English!!!)
STEP 12: Wait till Water evaporates
STEP 13: Switch off the Stove
(Cut Onion/ Tomato/Boiled Carrot/ can also be added in STEP
