Ingredients: (To serve for 2 people)
Wheat Flour : 1-1/2 Glass
Salt : ¼ -Teaspoon
Butter(If available) : ½ Teaspoon
Water : 1 Glass
Oil : 2 Teaspoons
STEP 1 : Add Salt to the Water and Stir Well
STEP 2: Add Wheat Flour & Butter to a Wide Bowl
STEP 3: Add a little water to the wheat Flour (1/8th
of Glass)
STEP 4: Mix Wheat Flour with Hand (Feel Good Massage for
your fingers & hand!!!)
STEP 5: Repeat Steps 3 & 4 above till wheat flour turns
into a dough
Caution : Don’t add The water all at once…Unless
you want to DRINK a wheaty SYRUP
STEP 6: Leave the Dough for 30 minutes
STEP 7: Make small balls of the Wheat Dough
STEP 8: Take a ball and dip in Plain Wheat Flour to get a
coating
STEP 9: Make Flat & Round wheat dough using a Roller …(Wheat
Floor coating in STEP 8 needed to prevent dough to stick to the Roller)
STEP 10: Place a Tawa(Pan) on the Stove
STEP 11: Heat it to Mild Temperature
STEP 12: Fry the Flat dough on the Tawa…
STEP 13: Add ¼ teaspoon of Oil around Wheat Dough for a
better fry
STEP 14: Turn around the chappathi to fry on the other side
