Ingredients:
Cooked Rice
Water – ¼ Glass
Lemon -1
Oil-1 Tea-spoon
Mustard -1/2 Tea-spoon
Turmeric Powder – A pinch
Channa Dal (kadalai paruppu) – 1 Teaspoon
Urad Dal –Split (Ulutham paruppu) – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt -1/2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli – 1 piece
STEP 1: Cut the lemon into two halves
STEP 2: Squeeze the lemon juice to Water
STEP 3: Add ¼ Teaspoon of Salt to the above mixture
STEP 4: Light the stove
STEP 5: Add oil to the pan
STEP 6: Add mustard,Urad Dhal,Channa Dal
STEP 7: Add Chilli
STEP 8: Wait till Mustard give a “Pop” sound
STEP 9: Add the lemon-water mixture to the pan
STEP 10: Wait for 1 minute
STEP 11: Switch off the stove
STEP 12: Add turmeric powder to the cooked rice
STEP 13: Thoroughly Mix the lemon mixture with Cooked rice
STEP 14: Add remaining salt if necessary
