In my own life, I look upto my Father for Values.
Somehow i have had this feeling always that : 

my Father is watching me😁
That has made me to surround myself with an invisible fence of values

That has helped me from getting to too much trouble

So Seneca say this:
"Set as a guard over yourself the authority of some man,
Be it the great Cato, Scipto or Laelius - or any (Wo)man in whose presence
wretches would check their bad impulses"
