Sleep!

 In Patanjali YogaSutra - Sleep is described as

one of the Vrttis - or perturbations;


I am just getting an idea - 

After a night’s sleep, Chitta (Mind-stuff) seems to tell me -

Vrtti mode on! 

What probably happening is while I am asleep -

My memory is still active - 

And creates the dream 

That causes disturbances during the Sleeping state

So I need to find a way every morning to restrain the Vrtti 

Straighten the Spirit - soul -every morning

- the first thing to do!

How?

  • Through Walking

  • Yoga Asanas

  • Pranayama

  • Reading something uplifting 

  • Making notes on gratitude!
