Practice what you preach ; If you have a view, live true to it 100% of time

It is easy to stick to something 100% of the time - rather than 95% of the time-

because you are measuring up to your own yardstick

Highest proof of wisdom - Deed and Thought should be in accord Seneca

And what is wisdom -

wisdom is always doing the same things and

always refusing the same things

"Lay hold, once for all, for a single norm to live by,

and regulate your while life according to this norm" Seneca
