I do prayer on weekends!
On somedays when i start in hurry, - i rush and rush to the finish- zip through the mantras- just to check mark that i did the prayer-
No aliveness- No liveliness-
But on somedays....i start slowly..bit mindful...with calmness...i utter the mantras loud...slowly...feel alive...
if i had to be alive, i had to be attentive...focus ..on present moment.
I and vathsalya , my daughter , were watching a youtube video on good handwriting...
among many things that the youtuber mentioned...
one thing to have good handwriting...start well with consciously writing each word...
