A day is the microcosm of life - it is the shortest unit of time that can resemble the longest space of time - as it contains within - Light and darkness, Uptick, Downtick - Ebbs and Tides - rise and fall


Thoreau says that " day is an epitome of an year - Night is the winter, Morning and Evening - Spring and fall, noon is Summer"

everyday ought to be regulated as if it closed the series , as if its rounded out and completed the existence Says Thoreau!

That man is happiest and secure who can wait the morrow without apprehension says Seneca

And you secure the day by securing the every hour in your grasp
