Faults which you attribute to circumstances are in yourself!
Seneca , Letters from a Stoic , Pg.72
I ascribe the faults of mine to place or time or (another person);
My timing was wrong;
I chose the wrong place;
That man caused all my troubles;
But when shall I understand that those faults will follow me
no matter where or when?
I am not self-seeking , but can you tell me how else can I live in Rome?
I am not extravagant, but how else to survive in this Big City?
I am wandering and wavering, but how else a youth lives?
Why do we deceive ourselves as above ?
Better we understand that disease is within
and begin the cure!
