1. Limit Meetings - Long scheduled work-blocks
2. At end of a workday, plan for the next day
3. Fit the next day's tasks in the calendar
4. plan next week on Friday evening
5. Classify activities as LNO
    L - High leverage : > 1 X : Do at high-energy time  
    N - Neutral : 1X : Do at medium energy time
    O = Overhead : < 1X : Do at low energy timeMindset@Work
