On Fear
What must be endured once, Fear causes us to endure twice or many more times, spoiling the enjoyment of the Present"Seneca: Pg.234
Seneca says :
"We are wretched before wretchedness begins
Anxious before losses occur
Losing sight of Present"
Fear is an opinion of what is to come
And that opinion must be tested for facts
"For we should not mistake - a dusted cloud of stampeding cattle for the Enemy's cavalry
And for some reason, it is the false reports that disturb us the most " Seneca
