I don't try to compete with anybody; I try to complete everybody;

continuing on the formula of Joy = Give/Expect;
let us discuss about expectations; the great expectations; and how I need to reduce that to zero;

and not only that I need to  complement the expectations by giving; 

 Buddha says: " don't ask how much you can get, but how much you can give, in every way possible ; in kitchen ,in garden , in store, in office, everywhere"

Eswaran says: as a result of completing others, and not competing, i don't feel any tension or fatigue"

To Give is inside-out; you have it in your control;
To expect is outside-in; you don't have any control; so don't expect; stop expecting; that is way to Joy!
